Specify spa treatment products and operating supplies

 

Staffing & Operations

Establish required levels of staffing
Create staff scheduling systems
Develop job descriptions
Interview and hire treatment therapists
Assist in recruiting & interviewing top level management

Operational Standards and Training

Create Standard Operating Procedures manuals

Assist with development/ implementation of pre-opening training
